How to Play Playoff Fantasy Football
The Second Season offers users two unique ways to play postseason fantasy football.
Option 1 - Stack 'em
Stack your lineup with any number of players from any number of playoff teams. Think the Pats are a shoe-in for the title? Want Brady, Gronk, Hernandez, Welker and Gostkowski on your team? This is the option for you. But remember, putting all your eggs in a basket is high risk, high reward!
Option 2 - Spread 'em
Choosing this option means you can only pick one player from each of the 12 playoff teams. This method makes it so you always have a shot at the title since everyone in your league will always have the same number of active players. So think about who comes up big in the playoffs, and ride him to a league title!
2013 thesecondseason.com Football Playoff Challenge Settings
Welcome to the 2013 TheSecondSeason.com Football Playoff Challenge where you can experience the excitement of postseason fantasy football! As a team owner, you will pick a team of players who you think will collect the most Fantasy Points throughout the playoffs. Points are based on the statistics players accumulate during the playoffs. You'll build a team of twelve (12) players. Once first playoff game kicks off, your roster is locked. Depending on which league option you choose, your roster gets slimmed down as teams are eliminated. Your challenge is to pick players whose teams you believe will continue playing all the way to the finals. The challenge will begin on March XX, 2013 and run through the finals.
No Cost
The Football Playoff Challenge is FREE to play for the entire season! No purchase or entry fee necessary to enter or win.

Setting Your Lineup
There are four (4) playoff rounds total during the Football Playoff Challenge. Prior to the first round of the playoffs, you will choose a roster of twelve (12) players. There is no draft, each owner will be able to hand pick their roster. You will not be able to change your lineup once the playoffs begins. Once the playoffs start your lineup locks for the remainder of the Football Playoff Challenge.
Prior to the opening round, the pool of available football players will be selected by each owner and submitted to the Administrator. You can keep track of your team during the course of the playoffs, and the Administrator will update point totals at the end of each playoff game.
Roster Requirements
The chart below lists roster requirements for each team. You must select the required number of players at each position (listed below) from the available player pool. You also not be allowed to set a lineup that does not meet the roster requirements. If your roster is not submitted once the lineup setting deadline passes, you are ineligible to play.
