Confidence Pool Rules

The idea behind the NHL Playoff Confidence Pool is to rank the teams from 1 to 16 based on which team you think will win the most games in the playoffs. After the NHL season is complete and the playoff matchups are set, start by sorting the team name in the sequence which you think will win the most games throughout the playoffs, the #16 team being team to win the most games, the #15 team being the team to win the second most games, and so on, all the way down to #1.

Each time a team wins a game, the pool participant will get the corresponding points(rank = points). So for example, if you pick the Hawks to win the most games (placed at #16 on the list), they will get 16 points for every win throughout the playoffs.

After the Cup Finals champion is crowned, we will add up the points accumulated from each individual team and place the final total in the "Total Points" column. The participant with the most points wins!
