Playoff Challenge FAQs

Are there multipliers for each round?

Yes, if your league is using our new "Re-rack 'em" mode.

If my league is using the "Re-rack em" mode, and I pick a player who has a 1st round bye, how does the multipliers work for him?

You will still get the multiplier each week he advances. Example, if Seattle has a 1st round bye, and you pick JSN to be on your Wild Card roster, you'll get 0 points for him in the WC round because he's not playing. But in the 2nd round (Smith-Njigba's first game), he'll get 2x mulitplier since he was rostered in your first round. If you add him in the 2nd round and he wasn't on your 1st round roster, he'll have x1 multiplier.

Once a player is eliminated, do I get to replace them with another player who is active?

Depends on the league type you're using. If you're using "Stack 'em" or "Spread 'em", then no, your roster is locked for the entire playoff run. If you selected "Re-rack 'em", then yes!

General FAQs

Can I customize the default scoring settings?

You can! Your commissioner can adjust your scoring up until kickoff.

I see the default roster positions, can I customize that?

Yes! New to 2026 contests, you can customize your roster positions. Make sure this is done when creating your league, as they cannot be changed once rosters start being filled out. If rosters aren't filled out yet, contact us and we can do that for you.

If I submit my team, can I go back and change it?

If you're using "Stack 'em" or "Spread 'em", you have until kickoff for each player's first playoff game to change your roster. From then on your roster is locked for the remainder of the playoffs. If "Re-rack 'em" mode, you have until the players' game start time of that round to make changes.

In Re-Rack Mode, if I use a WR/RB/TE in the FLEX position, his team wins, and the following week I move him to the WR/RB/TE position, do I still get the x2 multiplier?

Yes! The multiplier is based on how many rounds a player has been on your roster, not the position they are in. So if you move a player from FLEX to WR/RB/TE, the multiplier continues to apply.

In Re-Rack Mode, when can I make changes to my roster after a round has been completed?

You can make changes to your roster for the next round starting at noon CST the day after the previous round has been completed.

How do I send invites after setting up my league?

Your league commissioner can do that by clicking the "Commish Tools" link beneath the league name on your league page.

I want to renew previous years leagues. Can I do that?

Yes! You can "Run it Back" when creating your new league. In step 3 of league creation, select the league you used last year and it will auto populate all of those users into your new league. All users from the new league will receive an email to let them know the league has been created and they'll be able to login and see the new league from there. To see if they've accepted the invite, check the league page for their "Roster Filled" status. If there's a green checkbox, they've accepted and filled out their roster. If a red X, they haven't filled out their roster yet and you may need to send them an email letting them know.

How do I submit payment after setting up my league?

As commissioner, you'll see a "submit payment" link on your league page once you've reached the threshold where payments are required.

What happens if I don't submit payment for my league?

Once the playoffs start, you won't have access to your leaderboard until payment is submitted.

Do you offer live scoring?

We do! Scoring is updated on the fly from our data provider with a typical delay of less than 3 minutes. If there are errors, rest assured we'll fix them with the data provider as soon as possible.

How do I remove a user team from my league?

Your league commissioner can do that by clicking the "Commish Tools" link beneath the league name on your league page.

How do I view my roster after I've created it?

You can view your roster by clicking on your team table row on the league page.

How do I view other peoples roster?

You won't be able to until the rosters are locked. After that, you can see everyones roster the same way you view yours - by clicking on their team row.
